Tailored Statement Interior Design is a project management and decorating firm based in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region of New York.
Merging timeless subtlety with modern style and functionality, Chrissy Bennett West began consulting when visitors to her homes admired her taste and asked for her help with their homes.
Through thorough client discovery and outcome assessment, every project begins with a focus on the client's goals and objectives — tailoring the final design into the ultimate statement of the client’s needs and tastes.

With demand for services steadily increasing and inspiration gained by studying under Eric Cohler, the highly acclaimed NYC-based interior designer, dubbed “the original Mixmaster” for his “distinct ability to fuse classic and contemporary elements” by Traditional Home magazine, Chrissy launched Tailored Statement. Her goal is to help overwhelmed and underwhelmed clients add value to their homes and achieve aesthetics that reach “beyond beige” and what is available in big box stores while suiting the way they really want to live at a price they can afford.
The greatest influence on Chrissy’s taste and style has been the combined experience of time spent in the Finger Lakes, Vermont, and coastal New England and Florida. With a signature passion for color and respect for historic and architectural elements, Chrissy delivers a reimagined vision - clean, timeless, vibrant - to each of her design projects.
Today, Chrissy lives in a circa 1825 brick, federal-style home in the Historic South District of Geneva on the western shore of Seneca Lake with her husband, daughter, three dogs, and cat.
